1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at jmd202401@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, in accordance with our legal obligations.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds, except for the instances described in Section 2 (Damages and Issues) or where required by law.
